The Panthers are enjoying a rejuvenation this season, having captured their first-ever Southeast Division title, and returning to the Stanley Cup playoffs for the first time since 2000.

• Must maintain current knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
• Must maintain current on Payroll systems to achieve alignment with HR benefits to ensure effective accounting support.
• Must facilitate management and employee understanding of payroll procedures.

The Florida Panthers are hiring for an executive position, working with their corporate partners to grow all aspects of the Panthers’ business. This job does require a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in sales & marketing, but it represents the opportunity to get your foot in the door of an NHL team in a highly visible fashion. Of course, the position is located in Sunrise, Florida, so that doesn’t hurt!
Here’s a summary of what this position entails:
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President / CMO, the Executive Director, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for all corporate sales and activities related to conceptualizing, implementing and directing sales and marketing strategies, and initiatives for the corporate partners, including the Panthers, the BankAtlantic Center, Media Sales and other properties that may be pursued by Sunrise Sports & Entertainment. Primary responsibilities include developing strategic alliances for corporate partners within the Sunrise Sports & Entertainment family of brands, which are fully integrated, long-term and focused on the unique objectives and priorities of each individual partner.
