Tonight against Winnipeg, in the final game of the NHL season, Tampa Bay Lightning star Steven Stamkos scored his 60th goal of the season, becoming the first NHL player to achieve that feat since Alex Ovechkin in 2008, and only the 20th player in league history. This will give Stamkos his 2nd Rocket Richard Trophy in the last three seasons, and adds another bullet point to a rapidly growing resume that puts him right up there among the greatest players in the game today.
