At long last, the group in Winnipeg has announced that their relocated NHL team will indeed be called the Jets, building upon the history of the team which began life in 1972 as part of the WHA, before joining the NHL from 1979-96 and then moving to Phoenix. T-shirts and hats with the new logo and team colors are now available, but you can only pre-order the jerseys currently, although there is a special offer on them:
